Christmas this year was a great day all around.

Ok, so I'm not going to push "girly" things on Ellie, BUT this was to her from me; her first vanity.
Connor actually plays with it more than she does. He puts all the "makeup" on her. It's actually pretty stinkin' cute.

Our holiday was hectic and great all at the same time. We are truly blessed with the life we have been dealt. Having my mom and dad close by is seriously awesome. We always miss the rest of our family up North, though. And, I'm not saying family is replaceable, because it's not, but we have made tremendous friends that fill the gap.
