Glowing Example

Our hearts are so happy. This morning was Connor's awards day at school. Although their were a few I was sure of that his name would be called, I was proud and honored when the teacher said something like this: "This little boy gets the 'Glowing Example' award. He is a shining example to all of his classmates. He is kind to others, always willing to help, and shows through his actions how to be a great person." I may have cried like an idiot. I'll blame it on the hormones. Proud doesn't even begin to describe the feelings we have. To know that Connor is seen by his teachers and peers this way just shoots happiness straight to our hearts.
